1. Overview
AdBlocker One is designed to help users browse with fewer ads and trackers through app-managed protection features, protected browsing sessions, allowed-site controls, Always-Protect profile settings, and optional Advanced Protection features.
We aim to limit the information we collect and use it only to operate, improve, secure, and support the Services.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process the following categories of information.
App and device information
We may process technical information such as:
- app version;
- operating system version;
- browser type or supported browser information;
- installation and update events;
- diagnostic events;
- error and reliability information;
- anonymous or pseudonymous app identifiers.
Local browser-profile information
AdBlocker One may locally detect browser profiles and browser state in order to offer or apply protection features. This may include local profile names, profile identifiers, profile paths, browser process/window state, and protection status.
This information is used to manage features such as protected browsing sessions and Always-Protect. It is generally stored locally on your device and is not used to identify you personally.
Profile migration data
If you choose to migrate an existing browser profile into a protected profile, AdBlocker One may copy supported browser profile data that the browser makes available for migration. Some data may not be available, may require browser sync, or may require re-authentication depending on the browser's behavior and policies.
Profile migration is performed locally on your device. We do not use profile migration to collect your browser passwords, cookies, history, or other browser-managed data on our servers.
Allowed Sites and settings
If you add websites to Allowed Sites, AdBlocker One stores those domains locally so that protection can be disabled for those sites according to your choice.
Other local settings may include protection status, Always-Protect selections, Advanced Protection status, statistics preferences, and related configuration.
Blocking and usage statistics
AdBlocker One may collect or generate information about blocking activity, such as ads blocked, trackers blocked, estimated data saved, estimated time saved, and similar app-performance statistics.
Some statistics may be aggregated and transmitted to our services in an anonymous or pseudonymous form to help us measure performance, monitor errors, improve the Services, and understand feature usage.
Search and Private Address Bar
Some Advanced Protection features may use AdBlocker One search and suggestion services to provide Private Address Bar functionality. When you use these features, search or suggestion terms may be processed by our services and search partners to provide suggestions, search results, and related functionality.
We may use a pseudonymous identifier to operate, secure, and improve these features. We do not send browser-profile information with search requests.
Search-related services are provided over HTTPS.
Website and support information
When you visit our websites or contact us for support, we may process information such as:
- email address and message content you send us;
- support request details;

- IP address and basic technical request information;

During installation and activation flows, we may temporarily use IP address or related technical information to measure download/install completion and prevent abuse. After activation, we generally rely on anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers for analytics.
The Microsoft Store and operating system may also provide crash, reliability, installation, and usage information to us through Microsoft Partner Center or related Microsoft services.
5. Search-Supported Features
AdBlocker One may be offered without a subscription. Some Advanced Protection features may be supported through search-related partnerships.
When you use AdBlocker One search or Private Address Bar features, your search or suggestion terms may be processed by us and by search partners in order to provide suggestions, search results, and related services.
We do not sell your personal information. Search partners may process search-related information according to their own policies when you use search results or partner-powered search features.
6. Information Sharing
We may share information with:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- analytics and diagnostic providers;
- search partners;
- support and email service providers;
- Microsoft Store / Partner Center services;
- service providers that help operate, secure, or improve the Services;
- authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Typical retention periods include:
- diagnostic and error logs: up to 3 months;
- raw search or suggestion logs: up to 3 months, usually less;
- aggregated usage and performance statistics: as long as reasonably necessary for analytics and business reporting;
- support communications: as long as needed to handle the request and for reasonable business or legal recordkeeping;
- attribution and campaign data: as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, fraud prevention, and business reporting;
- local app settings: until you uninstall the app, reset settings where available, or delete local app data.

8. Your Choices
You can control AdBlocker One through the app settings, including protection status, Allowed Sites, Always-Protect profiles, and supported Advanced Protection settings.
You may also change browser settings manually, including search provider settings, through your browser.
You may uninstall AdBlocker One at any time through Windows settings or the Microsoft Store. Uninstalling the app may not automatically remove browser settings that you previously changed or approved. You can change those settings manually in your browser.

9. Children
The Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Services. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. International Processing
We may process information in Israel, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.
